Terms of Service

1. Copyright and Usage Rights
Copyright: All images are the property of the photographer and are protected by copyright law. Clients receive a license for personal use only.
Usage Rights: Clients may print and share images for personal use but may not sell or distribute them for commercial purposes without the photographer's written consent.
2. Delivery of Images
Delivery Time: Final edited images will be delivered within 6-8 weeks after the session.
Format: Images are delivered in high-resolution digital format via an online gallery.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment: Full payment is required before the final images are delivered.
Additional Fees: Any additional edits or special requests may incur extra fees, which will be discussed prior to the work being done.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation: If the client cancels the session less than 5 days before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee may apply.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given 14 days in advance.
5. Model Release
Permission: The client grants the photographer the right to use the images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
6. Liability
Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of images, or other unforeseen circumstances, the photographer's liability is limited to the refund of all payments received.
7. Gallery Expiration
Gallery Access: Online galleries will be available for 4 weeks. Clients are responsible for downloading images within this timeframe.
Re-Hosting Fee: A re-hosting fee may apply if images need to be re-uploaded after the gallery expiration.
8. Editing and Retouching
Standard Edits: Basic retouching and color correction are included in the session fee.
Additional Edits: Requests for extensive retouching may incur additional charges.
9. Archiving
Storage: The photographer archives images for 6 months after delivery. After this period, there is no guarantee the images will be available.
